Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund, visit support.stripe.com and locate the order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team inside the app and we will help you get in touch with Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial periods outside the 30-day window are handled at Stripe's discretion in line with Stripe's Refund Policy.
