These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Snappy service ("Service"), operated by Illia Tarasov ("we", "us"), trading as Snappy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Snappy generates AI-powered ad creatives — hooks, body copy, and calls to action — from product photos and descriptions you provide. Features available depend on your subscription tier.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of the product photos, descriptions, and other inputs you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to upload Your Content and for how you use generated outputs, including verifying their accuracy and suitability before publishing.
Snappy uses third-party large language and image models to generate ad creatives. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before relying on them, including for any regulated claims. We do not warrant that outputs are free from third-party rights or fit for any particular purpose. If you believe an output infringes your rights, contact us and we will review the matter and may suspend repeat infringers.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Illia Tarasov and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe.com. Stripe.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Buyer Terms. Our refund window and process are also described in our Refund Policy.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Stripe for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
